Our client, a large National Property Management Company with multifamily communities located throughout the United States is currently hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A and Student communities in San Antonio and San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, and team player who is effectively able to communicate and execute the company's strategic vision. 

Essential Functions for Regional Property Manager:

  • Mentor, coach, hire, and supervise all team members in the portfolio
  • Ability to lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals
  • Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget
  • Review and monitor market conditions, conduct regular market surveys
  • Respond to, and assist with the resolution of all escalated resident concerns
  • Maintain responsibility for property risk management, safety standards, and employee and resident liability

Qualifications for Regional Property Manager:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications preferred
  • Experience Managing Class A communities preferred
  • Student housing experience a plus
  • Experience in a supervisory role managing a large team
  • Experience creating and maintaining budgets
  • Proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to Travel 20%
