InterSolutions is currently seeking an outgoing and energetic individual to join our team of Property Management Staffing Game-Changers.  We are searching for a Staffing Coordinator to be based in our Silver Spring, MD office who is passionate about helping people find new careers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in person and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit based on the known staffing needs of InterSolutions' Staffing’s clients to fill orders
  • Manage the onboarding process and training with all selected applicants
  • Manage all necessary employment paperwork for each hired employee, including confidential and legal HR work status documentation according to federal and state laws.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming job orders
  • Establish and continue effective communication with supervisor and clients
  • Monitor time entries and approval for the branch
  • Utilize candidate sourcing tools such as career builder, LinkedIn, and referrals to recruit, screen and begin the interview process of qualified candidates
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with current and future employees, this includes, although not limited to, keeping record of their availability, current contact information, hours they worked, and pay scales.
  • Handle employee relations matters with associates
  • Counseling the employee on feedback from clients and expectations for assignments
  • One to three years of Staffing Management experience
  • Demonstrated Staffing software competency preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility in schedule with overtime, as determined by Branch Manager
  • Ability to work in a team environment
